Do I need an ATS?
No. SilkySites is for companies that hire a few times a year. You get a careers page, a simple applicant inbox with four states (new, shortlisted, hired, rejected) and an email for every application. No pipelines or scorecards.
How does it know my logo and colours?
We look up your company website from your work email and pull in your logo, brand colours and a summary of what you do. You can change all of it in the first question.
Where does my page live?
On your own address like yourcompany.silkysites.com. On Pro you can use your own domain, like careers.yourcompany.com.
What happens after the free trial?
The trial lasts 14 days and needs no card. Pick Starter or Pro to keep your page live. If you do nothing, your page and jobs go offline, but nothing is deleted.
Can I add the jobs to my existing website?
Yes. Paste one line of code and your open roles show up on any website, in your branding.
Who gets the applications?
You do, by email with the CV attached, and in your inbox inside SilkySites. Candidates get a friendly confirmation automatically.
Why a work email?
It lets us find your company brand instantly and keeps the product for real businesses. Personal addresses like Gmail are not accepted.
